Our clinic is working to identify patients who meet specific clinical criteria to establish care. We understand how important timely access to care is and want to ensure individuals who meet those criteria can begin receiving services as efficiently as possible. With that, we’ll be prioritizing patients with criteria including, but not limited to:
An intellectual disability
Developmental concerns such as autism spectrum disorder, speech/language delays, or behavioral challenges
Referred by a primary care provider, specialist, or educational professional (if applicable) for assessment or treatment of the above-mentioned conditions

The Hills & Dales Developmental & Behavioral Health clinic specializes in comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and individualized intervention for children and adults with a range of behavioral, developmental and learning challenges. Led by Jen Manternach, DNP, ARNP, CPNP-PC, PMHNP-BC, the clinic aims to reduce barriers for individuals with disabilities and complex behavioral challenges.
The clinic is anticipated to open July 2025.
