Hills & Dales Childcare Center believes parents and guardians are the experts on their children. Our job is to supplement their care while they are with us.
We are open to all children and adolescents (0 - 18 years old), and those with and without disabilities.

Free Preschool
Hills & Dales works with the Dubuque Community School District to provide 10 hours of FREE preschool for all four year old children.
Childcare Medical Services
Does your child have additional medical needs that typical childcare does not support? Hills & Dales has the ability to assist your child with additional nursing services that will monitor your child’s identified medical needs and implement services as designated by a medical professional. Each child participating the the Childcare Medical Services program will have an individualized plan with lower staff to child ratios.

Child must be approved for Medicaid Services and have a medical professional’s authorization for additional “medically necessary” services.
