Childcare Lead Teacher

NEW STARTING WAGE – $13/hour!

Under the supervision of the Childcare Director the Lead Teacher is responsible for the implementation of the monthly and daily lesson plans and activities of assigned children.  The Lead Teacher is responsible for the education of children including management of student behavior; record keeping; instructional assistance; classroom safety, security and organization; and interaction and communication with students, support staff, parents/guardians, and agencies.  Responsible for insuring quality childcare by adhering to all state regulations, best practices and Hills & Dales policies and procedures.

Childcare Assistant

NEW STARTING WAGE – $11/hour!

Under the supervision of the Childcare Director and the general direction from the Lead Teacher the Childcare Assistant is responsible for assisting the teacher in the education of children including management of student behavior; record keeping; instructional assistance; classroom safety, security and organization; and interaction and communication with students, support staff, parents/guardians and agencies. Childcare Teacher Assistant – PARA

Under the supervision of the Childcare Director and the general direction from the Lead Teacher the Childcare Teacher Assistant – PARA is responsible for assisting the teacher in the education of children including management of student behavior; record keeping; instructional assistance; classroom safety, security and organization; and interaction and communication with students, support staff, parents/guardians, and agencies. Responsible for insuring quality childcare by adhering to all state regulations, best practices and Hills & Dales policies and procedures.

All positions at Hills & Dales require the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
