Monday—Friday – 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Young Adults—Ages 16-21, HCBS Waiver
If consistency is important to you along with learning new skills, having fun, and community integration than Day Hab is a perfect summer program for you!
Activities include: Tye-Dye, walks in the park, swimming, basketball, parachute, gardening, picnics, going to the movies, wii, 4th street elevator, mines of spain, Museum, etc.

The Day Habilitation services provided through Hills & Dales, assists and/or supports individuals in developing and/or maintaining life skills and community integration. These services are designed to enhance the consumer’s intellectual functioning, physical and emotional health and development, language and communication development, cognitive functioning, socialization and community integration, functional skill development, behavior management, responsibility and self direction, daily living activities, self advocacy skills and/or mobility.
Services may serve to reinforce skills or lessons taught in other settings. Services will enhance and support the member to be as independent as possible while making new friends and having fun throughout the entire day.

Day Habilitation shall take place in the Hills & Dales Community Center as well as various outing and volunteer locations. Day Habilitation at the Hills & Dales Community Center takes place between 9 am and 3 pm, Monday through Friday.
